This notice explains the cookies Doorman Norman and the guest booking sites use. The live list on this page is generated from the product so it matches what the software can set.
Strictly necessary
Sign-in cookies, the form-protection cookie, and the staff menu cookie (`innpms-menu`) are strictly necessary. They are set without a consent banner. Guest booking also uses a session cookie and a cart cookie so a stay can be held while the guest pays. The cookie that remembers an Accept or Reject choice is strictly necessary too.
Other cookies
The staff theme cookie (`innpms-theme`) remembers light or dark. Whether that preference cookie needs consent is pending legal review. It is not an analytics cookie.
We do not set an analytics cookie unless that cookie is turned on for the product. If it is turned on, a banner asks you to Accept, Reject, or open Settings before it is set. Reject is as easy to use as Accept. We remember the choice. Reject means the analytics cookie is not set.
Browser controls
You can delete cookies in the browser. Deleting the sign-in cookie signs you out. Deleting the consent cookie shows the banner again if a non-essential cookie is in use.
